RULES AND LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION ON QUALITY 'AND EFFICIENCY OF THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM
Article 4.
(Fund for the credit)
c.1. E` istituito presso il Ministero un fondo speciale, di seguito denominato «fondo», finalizzato a promuovere l’eccellenza e il merito fra gli studenti individuati, per gli iscritti al primo anno, mediante prove nazionali standard e, per gli iscritti agli anni successivi, mediante criteri nazionali standard di valutazione.
Il fondo è destinato a:
a) erogare premi di studio;
b) fornire buoni studio, che prevedano una quota, determinata in relazione ai risultati accademici conseguiti, da restituire a partire dal termine degli studi, secondo tempi parametrati al reddito percepito;
