Oil companies, on the pretext of the Libyan crisis, have not lost time to increase the fuel with timing. When oil costs thirty dollars cheaper per barrel, fuel prices at the pump were too high.
Certainly not when the oil will drop ribasserà. The embarrassing excuse will be "we are using the oil bought in February, when it costs several dollars a barrel." What they did then, when it purchased the crude oil was cheap?
The Government is certainly compliant to this system and has no cost to intervene. With the system of taxes on crude oil and VAT which is applied to the product already subject to excise duties, the Government may thus pocketing millions of euros in indirect taxes, blaming the "Libyan tyrant" (where no longer a friend) and the oil companies.
